入选标准
- •1.American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I or II
- •2. Age between 18-60 years
- •3. Either sex
- •4. Posted for upper limb surgery under ultrasound guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block.
排除标准
- •1.Patients refusal for the procedure
- •2. Patients receiving anticoagulants, β- blockers or opioids, psychotropic drugs.
- •3. Patients with history of significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal or hepatic disease.
- •4. Patients with history of alcohol or drug abuse.
- •5. Patients with hypersensitivity or contraindication to Levobupivacaine, Nalbuphine and Butorphanol.
- •6. Pregnant or lactating women.
- •7. Patients on chronic analgesic therapy, diabetes or coagulation disorders.
- •8. Patients with local skin site infection
