入选标准
- •Mandibular anterior teeth with multiple gingival recession (extending not more than 4 teeth) (Miller’s class I or II) & thin gingival biotype with minimum 2 mm width of attached gingiva.
- •Intraoral periapical radiographs confirming Miller’s class 1 and 2 gingival recession without interproximal bone loss.
排除标准
- •Generalized chronic periodontitis and aggressive periodontitis,
- •Mal-positioned anterior teeth (labial or lingual placement, rotation or supra eruption)
- •Miller’s class III and IV gingival recession defects,
- •Teeth with class V carious lesion or restoration
- •Current or former smokers.
- •Pregnant or lactating women or those planning a pregnancy
- •Having systemic conditions like uncontrolled diabetes.
