Inclusion Criteria
Patient with non-obstructive azoospermia
Signs of maturation arrest in testis biopsy
patients aged between 20-65 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with obstructive azoospermia
Patients with pervious testis surgery
Males with genital tract infection or anatomical abnormalities
Patients with severe medical problems
Chromosomal abnormality
Present of Sertoli cell only syndrome in biopsy of testis

Name Time Method Investigation and increasing in sperms in spermogram. Timepoint: Before intervention and 3, 6 months after intervention.
