- •pregnant womanwith cesarean section indication
- •age between 18 and 40
- •consent to participate in the study
- •ASA class 1,ASA class 2
- •no history of heart disease
排除标准
- •patient dissatisfaction
- •numbness above T4
- •HTN before pregnancy ,preeclampsia,eclampsia
- •drug allergy
- •a bleeding process that leads to generalization of the patient
