入排标准
入选标准
- •patients with biopsy proven squamous cell carcinomas of head & neck with stages 3 & 4
- •patients with ECOG perfomance status 0 to 2
- •absolute granulocyte count more than 3ooo/mm3
- •platelet count more than 100000/mm3
- •normal renal & liver function tests
排除标准
- •patients with metastatic disease on diagnostic imaging
- •patients with previous history of radiotherapy & treatment for head & neck carcinoma & history of chemotherapy
- •patients with treatment for any other malignancy
- •associated serius medical illness like xeroderma pigmentosum, renal failure, cardiac failure, hepatic failure
- •nasopharyngeal carcinomas, thyroid carcinomas, salivary gland carcinomas
