- •2.Age from 18years to 65years
- •3.Patients undergoing reconstructive plastic surgery
排除标准
- •1.Refusal to participate in study
- •2.Allergy to local anaesthetics,or any of the study drugs
- •3.Pregnancy and lactation
- •4.Contraindication to regional nerve block(bleeding disorder,infection at site of block)
- •5.Inability to communicate due to severe dementia,language barrier,or end-stage disease and psychiatric illness
- •6.Emergency operation
- •7.Chronic alcoholic,smoker
