简要总结
This experimental study investigates the effect of Hatha Yoga and yogic breathing on anxiety, memory, attention, and executive function in low physically active young adults (ages 19–28).
86 participants underwent a 4-week yoga program (5 days/week, 45 minutes/day). Anxiety was measured using the GAD-7 scale, and cognitive function using the Cognitive Failures Questionnaire (CFQ).
The study aims to assess yoga’s potential to reduce anxiety and enhance cognitive performance in inactive youth.
