入选标准
- •1. Subjects meets stroke diagnostic criteria;
- •2. Aged 40 to 75 years;
- •3. Course of disease: onset of 2 weeks to 6 months;
- •4. All patients were diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage for the first time after MRI or CT examination;
- •5. No cognitive impairment, no sensory aphasia, able to understand basic instructions, MMSE score greater than or equal to 21 points;
- •6. Volunteer to participate and complete the test;
- •7. Brunnstrom staging of upper limbs I-IV;
- •8. All patients signed an informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebellar dysfunction or other neurological diseases;
- •2. Patients with other diseases that affect the function of limbs, such as cervical and lumbar spine diseases, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc;
- •3. People with shoulder arthritis and previous shoulder joint trauma;
- •4. Those with severe visceral disease;
- •5. Severe spasm or pain in the upper limbs, or dislocation of the shoulder joint, shoulder-hand syndrome, etc;
- •6. Non-acupuncture indications for bleeding diseases.
