Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients undergoing thoracic and lumbar spine surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients receiving chronic analgesic therapy, those with a history of opioid dependence, those receiving anticoagulation or experiencing any bleeding disorder, or those who were unable to communicate with the investigators.
