- •Informed consent
- •Best corrected visual acuity <= 1.00 LogMAR
排除标准
- •Inability to comply because of immobility, deafness, mental retardation etc.
- •Retinal pathology other than RP (e.g. diabetic retinopathy, fundus abnormalities resembling RP)
- •Coexisting ocular pathology (e.g. amblyopia, glaucoma)
- •Media opacities other than cataract or degenerative vitreous opacities (e.g. cornea pathology, posterior capsule opacification)
- •Straylight Estimated Standard Deviation > 0.1
- •Implanted intraocular lens with blue light filter
- •Visual field < 5 degrees
- •Mydriatic pupil diameter < 6.0 mm
- •Intraocular surgery other than cataract extraction
- •Intravitreal drug exposure
