- •1. ASA grade I and 2.
- •2. Age between 18 to 60 years.
- •3.Elective lower abdominal surgeries.
- •4. Patient giving valid informed
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years
- •3. ASA grade 3 and 4
- •4. Patients posted for emergency surgeries
- •5. Patient with local infection at puncturing site
- •6. Patients with ischaemic and rheumatic heart disease
- •7. Patients with coagulation defects and patients on anticoagulants
- •8. Patients allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
- •9. Patients with neuromuscular disorders
