入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Healthy individuals aging between 15-18 years.
- •2. Both genders i.e., male and female boxers.
- •3. Players who are practicing boxing from at least 2 years.
- •4. Players practicing at least 3 days/ week.
排除标准
- •1. History of any recent injury or recent surgery.
- •2. Player’s practicing other game/ games along with boxing.
- •3. History of drug abuse/ medications.
- •4. History of any musculoskeletal disease, neurological disease, cardiopulmonary disease, psychological problems or any other conditions that may affect the participation of Player in the study.
- •5. Players following any exercise program other than the common training program of boxing.
