- •Pregnant women 18-45 years of age planned for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia will be included in the study.
- •1.Age between 18 and 65 years
- •2.ASA-PS Grade 2

- •Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
- •Cardiac diseases
- •Antepartum haemorrhage
- •Known allergy to drugs
- •Thyroid disease
- •Raynaud’s Disease
