简要总结
An observational prospective study of measuring progesterone levels on the day of embryo transfer and day 8 of luteal cycle and correlating the same with pregnancy.In this study,estrogen priming till endometrium reaches 6.5 mm followed by progesterone supplementation and then cryo embryo transfers is done .These women are followed till 5-6 weeks of gestation for the presence of sac/cardiac activity(primary outcome)and followed till 14 weeks to confirm ongoing pregnancy.

- •2 or 3 good blastocysts of cryo embryo transfers.
排除标准
- •Fresh embryotransfers More than 45 years.

Clinical pregnancy rate.
时间窗: 14wks
次要结局
- Implantation rate,retrieval rate,miscarriage rate(6-10 days after ovulation.)
