入选标准
- •1.Age >18yrs
- •2.Patients with BIVENTRICULAR DYSFUCTION i.e ( LVSF and RVSF <40%) and secondary pulmonary hypertension
- •3.Patients on optimal maximal medical therapy
- •4.Reversible causes of cardiomyopathy ruled out
- •5.Non revascularizable CAD( on basis of viability testing or coronary vessels not suitable for PTCA or grafting)
排除标准
- •Patients with other associated co morbidities which affect the pulmonary artery pressure and RVEF like COPD, connective tissue disorder, CTEP, valvular heart disease, OSA
