- •All consecutive patients aged more than 18 years with a previous MRI scan diagnosed disc herniation.
排除标准
- •Acute/ Chronic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal, hepatic disorders.
- •(ii) Anti-inflammatory drug use.
- •(iii) Malignancy.
- •(iv) Patients with leucocytosis.
- •(v) Patients with accompanying rheumatologic disease
- •(vi) Autoimmune disease.
- •(vii)Hemolysed blood samples.
- •(viii)Under or overfilled EDTA vacutainers
