- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical status (ASA) I-II
- •Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Anticipated Difficult laryngoscopy and intubation or more than one attempt for intubation taken.
- •Patient having cardiovascular dysfunction.
- •Uncontrolled Hypertensive
- •Patients with raised intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure
- •Pre-existing hepatic or renal impairment.
- •Pregnant patients.
- •Allergic to Study Drug.
- •Patient refusal for consent.
