- •1. American society of anesthesiologist physical status 1 and 2.
- •2. adult patients posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
- •3. body mass index 18.5 to 34.9
排除标准
- •1. body mass index >35 kg/m2.
- •2. pregnant and breastfeeding women.
- •3. history of any hepatic, renal, cardiac disease.
- •4. history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, psychiatric illness.
- •5. history of chronic pain( pain present for more than 6 months).
