- •3. Students without any present ongoing wrist and finger injury.
- •4. Students who havenâ??t done resistance training from past six months

- •1. University students with upper limb injury and with any absolute and relative contra indications as mentioned in the questionnaire.
- •2. Medical or orthopaedic condition that compromises their participation or performance in the study.
- •3. Students doing regular resistance training at gym
