- •2)Winters classification of mandibular impacted third molar: mesioangular, distoangular, vertical and horizontal.
- •3)Pell and Gregory classification: All mandibular impacted third molars excluding Class 1 and Position A

- •1) Medically compromised patients.
- •2)Patients on preoperative analgesic or anti-inflammatory medication
- •3) Pell and Gregory Class 1 and Position A
