入选标准
- •- Age between 18 * 30 years
- •- Willing and able to adhere to a protein restricted diet for 3 x 4 days
- •- Be able to fast overnight
- •- Be able to consume a 500 ml test drink within 5 minutes
- •- Be able to fast for 5.5 hours
- •- Body mass index between 20 and 25 kg/m2
- •- Be able to understand the Dutch language and give written consent
排除标准
- •- Disease and/or being medically treated (e.g. diabetes mellitus)
- •- Milk (protein) allergy or intolerance
- •- Drug use
- •- Alcoholism, and no alcohol during the 4-day diets
- •- Waist circumference *102 cm
- •- Vegetarian
