入选标准
- •1) Aged 65 years or older but less than 85 years old
- •2) Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus
- •3) Currently undergoing treatment with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin
- •4) Mentally alert and capable of providing informed consent and completing questionnaires
- •5) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5
排除标准
- •1) Currently taking sleeping pills
- •2) Diagnosed with mental disorders (depression, anxiety disorders)
- •3) Presence of ear lesions or tape allergies
- •4) Currently receiving other complementary and alternative therapies
