入选标准
- •1. Aged 20-45 years old;
- •2. Preoperative diagnosis of benign gynecological disease;
- •3. Laparoscopic or uterine laparoscopic surgery was planned, and there was no vaginal bleeding before the operation
排除标准
- •1. Patients without postoperative vaginal bleeding were excluded;
- •2. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of malignant tumors, such as cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer, was excluded
- •3. Exclude pregnancy-related diseases such as ectopic pregnancy;
- •4. Excluded patients after total hysterectomy;
- •5. Exclude patients with cervical lesions;
- •6. Exclude patients with vaginal bleeding caused by blood diseases and immune diseases.
