入选标准
- •1) patients (age >18 years old) 2) radiological evidence of pneumonia, 2) at least two of the following criteria; fever >38C or hypothermia < 35C, dyspnea, cough and purulent sputum, pleuritic chest pain, or signs of consolidation on respiratory auscultation 3) patients admitted to an acute care hospital for at least 2 days, or underwent surgery, in the 180 days before pneumonia 4) patients who received intravenous chemotherapy in the 30 days before pneumonia; 5) patients who attended a hospital or hemodialysis clinic 6) resided in a nursing home or a long-term care facility
