- •Patient aged 20-60 years.
- •-Patients are ASA I or ASA II
- •-Patients scheduled for elective abdominal hysterectomy.
排除标准
- •-Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •-Known allergy to LA.
- •-Body mass index (BMI) more than 35 kg/m2
- •-Heart block greater than first degree
- •-Renal, and hepatic dysfunction
- •-Underlying coagulopathies
