- •?Impaired glucose tolerance/ impaired fasting glucose or both
- •?Preferable BMI≥ 25 to ≤ 30

- •?Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or taking glucose-lowering agents or insulin
- •?Pregnant or lactating females
- •?Drug and alcohol abuse.
- •?Mental illness or dementia.
