入选标准
- •1. First diagnosed in our hospital, in line with pGGN diagnosis, diameter 5-8mm (including 5mm and 8mm), if there are multiple nodules, use the largest nodule for evaluation;
- •2. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit;
- •3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis in traditional Chinese medicine;
- •4. The course of the disease is within 3 months of pGGN diagnosis.
排除标准
- •1. The first chest CT showed clear respiratory tract infection in pGGN during the same period;
- •2. Pregnant women and those with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other primary diseases;
- •3. Have a clear history of autoimmune diseases;
- •4. Participated in other clinical research;
- •5. The elective surgery is confirmed at the first diagnosis;
- •6. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and asthma.
