- •cannulation.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients who are meeting Emergency Severity Index (ESI) triage criteria (level III, IV, V).
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Bilateral upper limb burns, skin disease, fracture.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Pregnant women
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Afflicted with mental illness and cognitively impaired individuals, differently abled and physically disabled
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Terminally ill
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ health care workers, institutionalized individuals , prisoners
