入选标准
- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II
- •2.Body weight 40-70 kg
- •3.Height between 140-165 cm
- •4.Elective caesarean section
排除标准
- •1.ASA physical status III or IV
- •2.Patients with pregnancy induced hypertension or preeclampsia
- •3.Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases
- •4.Foetal anomalies and twin gestation
- •5.Caesarean deliveries done for non-reassuring foetal status and emergency caesarean delivery
- •6. Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
- •7. Body mass index >40
- •8.Gestational age <36 weeks and >40 weeks.
