- •Difficult intubation
- •BMI more than 30
- •Patient receiving Clonidine
- •Laryngoscopy more than 20 seconds

- •Patients with heart blocks
- •ASA class III and more
- •Patients with pheochromocytoma
- •Patients with thyroid disorders
- •Patients with neuropathy
