入选标准
- •1. Healthy children
- •2. They have active cavitated dentin caries (Nyvad score 3) at least one pair. The pair of dental caries were the same type, same position (anterior/posterior) and same caries surface (buccal/palatal/occlusal/mesial/distal) at contralateral side. If the adjacent anterior teeth were treated with either treatment, the caries surfaces would not be adjacent.
- •3. No history of allergies to silver, ammonia, or fluoride.
- •4. Caregiver and children accept to take part in the study consent.
- •5. Children can come to follow up after 3 weeks and 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of treatment.
排除标准
- •1. Children are uncooperative in treatment.
- •2. Teeth have symptoms of pulpitis or infection such as pain or gingival abscess.
- •3. Children cannot come for follow-up or their caregivers did not want to continue in the study.
