- •Single tone term parturients
- •Referred to Fatemieh hospital for elective Cesarean section

- •chronic hypertension; ; ;, ; allergy to drugs; ; renal disease and
- •pre eclampsia
- •twin pregnancy
- •preterm labor
- •allergy to drugs
- •cardiovascular and pulmonary disease
- •Renal Disease
- •previous abdominal surgeries with adhesion band and fibrosis.
