- •1. Aged 18 years or older.
- •2. Undergoing ultrasound measurement of umbilical venous blood flow at 35-37 weeks of gestation.
- •3. Delivery at term pregnancy (37 weeks of gestation or more).
- •4. Willing to participate in the study.

- •1. Multifetal pregnancies.
- •2. Having fetus with severe congenital or chromosomal abnormalities.
- •3. Having fetal growth restriction.
- •4. Having single umbilical artery.

Maternal, uteroplacental and fetal haemodynamic effect of Nicardipine in severe pre-eclampsia. - CORCA IIHypertensive crisis in patients with severe pre-eclampsia needs to be treated to prevent maternal and fetal complications.
