入排标准
入选标准
- •Patient with mild or moderate hyperlipidemia
- •Diabetic patient with risk of hyperlipidemia
- •HbA1C within 6.5-10.5%
排除标准
- •Patient who are not hospitalized within last 6 months
- •Patient with chronic and uncontrolled hyperlipidemia/blood sugar (HbA1C > 10.5% )
- •If serum creatinine level > 2 mg/dl
- •If serum TG level > 500 mg/dl
- •If SGOT, SGPT is 2.5 times more than normal level
- •If ketone present in urine
- •Patient taking statin drugs
- •Patients have diabetic complecations like CKD, MI etc (clinical decision to be taken)
