简要总结
This study aims to compare the effectiveness of foam rolling and active stretching techniques on improving hamstring muscle flexibility and hip joint range of motion (ROM) among male football players. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a foam rolling group or an active stretching group, and interventions will be conducted over a defined period. Pre- and post-intervention assessments will measure changes in hamstring flexibility using the Sit-and-Reach Test and hip ROM using a goniometer. The results will help determine which method is more beneficial for enhancing lower limb flexibility and mobility, potentially improving performance and reducing injury risk in football players.
