- •Patient aged 18-65 years with clinical diagnosis of grade III/IV haemorrhoidal disease
排除标准
- •1. Previous anorectal surgery
- •2. Acute thrombosed hemorrhoid
- •3. Pregnancy
- •4. Concomitant anal diseases such as anal fissure, fistula, or abscess
- •5. Hematological disorders
- •6. Patients on anticoagulants
- •7. Anorectal malignancy
- •8. Haemorrhoids secondary to portal hypertension
