- •1.Patients with healthy oral mucosa with no active caries or periodontal problems,
- •2. Non â??smoker,
- •3. Patients with bilateral missing mandibular molar with posterior stop,
- •4. Adequate bone in term of quality and quantity for placement of implant,
- •5. With positive informed consent,
- •6. Availability for follow up,

- •1.Patient having systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, blood dyscrasias,
- •2.History of radiotherapy in head and neck region.
- •3.History of myocardial infarction within 6 months.
- •4. Patients having parafunctional habits like bruxism, tongue thrust and teeth clenching.
- •5.Immunocompromised patients.
- •6. Patient having neuromuscular disorders.
