- •3.ASA physical status 2
- •4.Uncomplicated pregnancy
- •5.Undergoing elective LSCS under spinal anesthesia
- •6.Normal fetal heart rate
- •7.Height > 150 cms to <170 cms
- •8.Age group 18 -30 years

- •1.Patient refusal to the study.
- •2.Multiple gestation
- •3.Preterm gestation
- •4.ASA physical status 3 & above
- •5.Drug allergy
- •6.Contraindications to neuraxial analgesia
- •7.Caesarean case with fetal distress
- •8.Emergency Caesarean section
- •9.Patients with gestational hypertension
