入选标准
- •Patients aged 18-70 years
- •ASA grade I and II
- •Upper limb surgeries involving distal humerus and below
排除标准
- •Local infection at injection site
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Patients on anti-coagulants
- •ASA grade III and IV
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Patient with a considerable history of cardiovascular abnormalities in the form of sick sinus, heart blocks, myocardial infarction or history suggestive of hepatic and renal dysfunction
- •Pregnant women
- •Severe hypotensive states
- •In situations of significant respiratory depression
- •COPD patients
- •Renal failure
- •Myasthenia gravis
