入选标准
- •1.Females of the age between 25-45 years
- •2.For groups A and B patients with TSH levels higher than normal with serum thyroid hormone levels within the normal range, categorized as subclinical hypothyroidism
- •3.For group C, normal healthy euthyroid subjects.
排除标准
- •1.Male subjects and subjects with overt hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and other secondary causes of thyroid abnormalities, endocrine diseases etc.
- •2.Subjects on any kind of medication interfering thyroid function
- •3.People who have undergone or undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck region.
