- •aged over 50 years? CDR score less than or equal to 2? ADAS-COG score greater than or equal to 12? no heart disease? no high blood pressure? no drug abuse and alcohol dependency?Non use of anticoagulants? no diabetes -ability to participate in the study? no more than 80 years old? definite Alzheimer's disease
- •Outcome criteria : bipolar disorder ??? mild to severe depression ? co-morbidity with other neurological diseases ? inability to participate in the study? Inability to continue treatment ? causing side effects
