- •1)Women aged 50 years or above , who suffered from chronic low back pain(3 months or longer).2)healthy and physically fit and willing to participate in the trial.

- •1) History of significant heart or respiratory illness, serious blood disorders, mental illness 2)Participation in another health promotion program within last months.
