入选标准
- •Spontaneously or mechanically ventilated
排除标准
- •1. Younger than 18 years
- •2. Those with cardiac arrhythmias at the time of measurement
- •3. Carotid artery stenosis >50 % or occluded carotid arteries
- •4. PLR Exclusions - Head injury/ intracranial hypertension, lower limb amputations, on NIPPV, venous compression stockings, and intraabdominal hypertension
- •5. Impossible to get vascular Doppler measurements
- •6. Refusal of consent
