入选标准
- •Written informed consent from the child’s parents/guardian’s
- •- Age 6-10 years (beginning at the day of the 6th birthday and ending at the day of the 10th birthday)
- •- Gestational age 36 weeks or above
- •- A diagnosis of allergic asthma within the last 2 years or bronchial hyperreactivity
- •- The child is able to perform a body plethysmography
- •- The legal custodian has the verbal, writing and mental ability to understand the intent and character of the study
- •Control group:
- •- Age 6-10 years
- •- No history of allergic asthma and bronchial hyperreactivity
排除标准
- •- Severe/brittle asthma
- •- Other chronic respiratory diseases (CF, BPD, immunodeficiencies) except allergic rhinitis
- •- Other chronic diseases or chronic medication use except atopic exzema
