入排标准
入选标准
- •1. ASA physical status I,II and III
- •2. Patients posted for fracture surgery under subarachnoid block and likely to have pain while positioning.
- •3. Patients able to give written and informed consent.
- •4. Patients able to understand VAS score regarding assessment of pain
排除标准
- •1. Patients with contraindications to subarachnoid block.
- •2. Patients with allergy to amide local anaesthetics or Fentanyl.
- •3. Patients with history of drug or alcohol abuse.
- •4. Morbid obesity (BMI >29 kg/m2).
- •5. Patients with other co-morbid conditions like DM, HT, IHD, bronchial asthma, COPD, neurological or musculoskeletal diseases.
- •6. Patients with multiple fractures.
- •7. Patients refusal and unable to understand VAS score.
- •8. Use of analgesics 8 hours before the performance of subarachnoid block.
