- •2. Healthy individual irrespective of sex, caste, religion.
- •3. Healthy individual willing to participate in the study.

- •1. Individual suffering from systemic disorders like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, muscular dystrophy or any chronic illness.
- •2. Individual who were diseased in past 1 months
- •3. Pregnant and lactating mother.
- •4. Individuals who neglect to co-operate during complete study.
- •5. Individuals having any addiction like chewing tobacco, smoking, alcohol consumption.
- •6. Individuals going to gym, conducting labor work.
