入选标准
- •1. chidren age group 2 to 6 yrs
- •2.ASA 1 or 2
- •3. short surgical procedures being carried out in Operation theatre of ARMY HOSPITAL R & R in the above age group of paediatric patients
- •4. Scheduled for elective procedures of estimated duration less than 2 years
排除标准
- •1. age less than 2 or more than 6 yrs
- •2.emergency proocedures
- •3. ASA 3 or more
- •4.Neurological illness
- •5.Neurodevelopmental anomalies
- •6.Autism spectrum disorder
- •7.Renal or hepatic disease
- •8.Cardiac or respiratory disease
- •9.any signs or symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection .After enrolment and data collection ,these children who have any intraoperative complicationseg bradycardia /hypotension )or postoperative complications like laryngospasmwill be excluded from anlaysis
