- •American College of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status grade 1
排除标准
- •1.Revision Total Knee Replacement
- •2.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia or previous failed spinal anaesthesia
- •3.Allergy to lidocaine
- •4.History of long standing diabetes mellitus,cardiac or neurological disease
- •5.Impaired Renal or Hepatic Function
- •6.Psychiatric illness affecting pain perception e.g severe depression,anxiety disorder
- •7.chronic Pain,other than chronic knee pain
- •8.Alcohol or substance abuse,regular use of strong opiods
- •9.Patients with obesity,anticipated difficult airway
- •10.Pregnant patients
