- •a)ASA Physical Status 1 and 2 (American Society of
- •Anaesthesiologists physical status grading
- •classification)
- •b)Scheduled to undergo posterior decompression
- •surgery for PIVD,
- •c)Planned to undergo the surgery under general
- •anesthesia.
排除标准
- •a)History of allergic/adverse reaction to study
- •medications (ketamine or lidocaine),
- •b)Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal
- •c)Patients with long-term opioid and nonopioid
- •analgesic use,
- •d)Pregnant patients (with any duration of
- •gestation),
- •e)Patients unable to communicate independently
- •during the preoperative evaluation,
- •f)Patients with any history of psychiatric illness
- •(with or without present medications/therapy),
- •g)Patients with a history of stroke, head injury,
- •and intracranial mass/bleeding.
