入选标准
- •Elderly people over 60 years of age, of both sexes, vaccinated against COVID-19 (with a complete vaccination schedule), with visual, auditory and motor skills to handle the mobile device (smartphone) , who have a smartphone, who have not exercised regularly for three months. In addition, those who achieve the minimum score on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) will be included.
排除标准
- •Elderly people of both sexes who are bedridden, who are unable to maintain an orthostatic position, elderly people with flu-like symptoms, who have low visual acuity and hearing impairment (who do not use equipment that minimize deficits) who are unable to walk independent (elderly people who use devices for locomotion, such as a cane, for example, may participate). Elderly people who do not have internet, those who live alone, and those who miss more than 25% of the exercise program will also be excluded. As a precaution, elderly people who were affected by Coronavirus, presenting severe manifestations and requiring hospitalization with invasive mechanical ventilation, will be excluded.
